MapDescription
This is the incredible splitter and stem corner on the north side of Chimney Rock. A mellow start leads to a ledge, where you can rest up before pulling on some of the best crack climbing in the park. Aside from a good rest about halfway, this route is mostly sustained and includes finger locks, ring locks, a couple of hand jams, and a punch-it-to-the-chains type of finish.
It is worth the hike!
Location
This is the obvious splitter crack and corner on the north side of the formation, right off the main trail.
Protection
A double rack of cams from tips to fists and a 2-bolt anchor.
