Ridge II Headwall

Trying to make this page not confusing and I think that there is potential for more sub-areas in the future so therefore I am adding this one to "Ridge II". This is the portion of the ridge which is next to the train track fence and is truly the start of the ridge. It could host perhaps a few TRs and short leads, and has the generally blocky rock structure. The top of this headwall starts the 4th class portion of the ridge.
