Start on the face right under the tree (avoiding the crack on the left to make it more challenging). Crux comes in the last third, on a nice pumpy slab with some fun moves.

Furthest wall to the left, starting right under the tree.

TR from the bolts at the top (when you're standing up top, the bolts are in front of the last tree on the right). Bring long/multiple slings to cut down on rope drag over the edge. Don't know if this could be done as a trad route.
