Straight up the arete. Balancy start leads to crux. Moderate climbing on upper half leads to a bulge below the anchors.

Location

The book has the topo and route placement incorrectly drawn. This posting is correct even though it doesn't match the book.

Gladiator is just to the right of the bolted line Lightning Waltz and The Beginning.
