Description

80m rope required to lower the whole way!! Has "mid-point" lowering chains to the right, in between routes, for shorter ropes. !!!!!!!!!TIE A KNOT IN THE END OF YOUR ROPE!!!!!!!!! if you will be belayed to the mid chains, and have belayer untie end if you will be pulling the rope.

The bottom 1/3 consists of mostly long fun moves on good grips while grazing past less than appealing landscape. Pockets lined with crystal and hidden holes abound. A good rest is found easily before trending right, and into the better looking landscape with more hidden holes and pockets. The thin crux awaits way up on the vertical headwall, and spits you into a shallow alcove, under a big rotted crystal area. Now you get to take in the reality of the altitude gained before doing a two bolt long boulder that renders the chains.

Location

When you walk up the hill towards the cave, you can see the start almost straight ahead, maybe slightly to the left.

Protection

17- 1/2"x7" bolts w/fixed draws and chain anchor/belay
