Description

Start as low as you can hugging the block. Make a few moves to an exciting throw to the lip. Once you mantle go through the hole up and left, everything is on at this point.

Variation (C-Section V4) Start matched hands low on the left arete with feet on the right arete and climb into Birth Canal.
