Die Fledermaus

Named after a bat (fledermaus) that was disturbed in removing a large loose flake. This climb has a few interesting features, plus even though there are lotsa bolts it still seems spooky to me the whole time. Start around the corner and right of "7 Slates of gray". If you are not comfortable with chimneying you might want to stick clip the first high bolt. Climb chimney to its top. Climb up over the bulging face(crux). Follow flakes and small stances on near vertical terrain to about the 9th bolt. Next, climb up and right for 2 or 3 more bolts to anchors under a large pine tree (90'). There is an optional trad/solo second pitch to trees (5.5 R/X) Walk off Right(south)
