Nice dihedral climbing and decent protection as well. A couple moves felt pretty committing; overall a worthy climb right next to another classic.

The Swartling book briefly mentions two 5.4 climbs on a slab below The Effie formation -- this definitely is not on a slab and not 5.4 leading us to believe this isn't in any guidebook.
