MapBeckey's Problem Low
Description
Same finish as the stand-start, but start sitting with your right hand on a crimp and your left hand on a smaller crimp, which is also a foothold. The crux is still getting to the lip, but the addition of 2 moves makes the crux harder than the stand. Climbs just as well, but the low start can be dabby if you use a regular pad. The feet are low; I recommend using a slider pad to remove dab potential.
Location
Just below and slightly left of the regular start holds, on 2 crimps. You'll be sitting on a slanted piece of rock.
Protection
2+ pads
