Climb straight up past three bolts, then angle up and right to the obvious dihedral with the crux at the sixth bolt.
The route is named for the Nazi concentration camp in which my dad was interned during the final months of WWII. He was 6'2" and weighed 88 lbs when liberated. You can read his memoir here:

Location
Berga starts about 15 feet left of
Beasto
. The first bolt was added after the FA to make the route more user friendly. It's a stretch to clip, but that was the only good location.
Rappel or lower from Mussy hooks.
Protection
Nine 3/8" SS wedge bolts and hangers for protection and two of the same at the anchor.
