Begin on vertical terrain up to the steepness (trickier than it looks). Start grabbing jugs. Keep grabbing jugs. Get to the jug rail and grab it. Then ride that jug rail up to more jugs. Pull the lip to grab some more jugs, You're almost to the chains. Hopefully the last few holds are jugs....

(Think about back-cleaning the 5th bolt to reduce drag)
