Underground Railroad

Whipping Post, now renamed Underground Railroad as per Paul Emrick, is a very long pitch of sustained climbing! It has standard issue Telluride conglomerate the whole way as you roll through several small overhangs and cruxes. It is one of the best pitches on the pipeline.

This is the first route to the climber's left (west) of

Ame's Way

on the long face.

15 bolts to anchors. With a 70m rope, you can rappel to the 1st bolt and downclimb from there. You need 2 ropes to reach the ground.
