Description

The first move to get off the ground is the hardest of the climb (I was happy to stick clip the 1st bolt)... That does not mean it is over. There are plenty of challenges along the way on this long journey to the anchor. Delicate and technical climbing for the most part on a rock quality that is better IMO than in most other areas at Texas Canyon.

Location

The start is straight up over the big hole left of the oak tree. Don't go to the anchor straight up, angle right instead at the 4th bolt to access the headwall.

Protection

16 bolts and a mussy hook anchor. A long runner is useful at the 5th bolt to reduce rope drag.
