Start on the flake on the right, left hand to the two finger crimp, cross over, righ hand to the flake then up to the top horns. 

From parking lot before Buzzard Roost Camp ground , hike up man made stairs until the main hike trail. Take a right (East) and hike a tenth of a mile and the boulder will be on the south side of the trail. Walk off trail, and down a few rocks.
