Aspen Corner

Description

This ascends the obvious, nice looking corner.

Stem up about five feet on good footholds to clip a bolt. Hard stemming past the bolt leads to a better crack in the corner. The most difficult climbing is over after the first 30'.

Protection

One bolt and gear to a #1 Camalot. It has strenuous stances for the first couple of pieces after the bolt. Anchor bolts at the top need shoulder length slings, and there is a quick walk-off around right to get back to the base.
