Tomichi Lives On

Stairs are on as well as the structural support beams; however, the rails are not on until you get to the third floor and are ready to top out.

Get a good sit start on the third step, and then follow the roofy jug haul all the way up to the third floor. Then utilize those tasty heel hooks, and find a way to top out.

Enter Tomichi via the southwest entrance, and you will see the staircase.
