Description

Felt stiff to me for 5.9. Thin and tricky face climbing to a funky mantle.

Location

On the Amtrak Arete sector. Obvious slab on the left side of the crag. Thanador is between Trojan Elite (5.7+) and CSX (a 5.7 sport route).

Protection

Retrobolted. The original guidebook now out of print listed it at 5.9R or TR.
