Mud Shark

Mud Shark is a nice and straightforward warm-up climb. Follow 3 bolts up a vertical face on positive crimps and jugs.

There are 2 other bolted climbs to the right of Mud Shark. They both merge into the end of this climb and share the anchor.

This small buttress is a separate feature from the main Powderhorn cliffband.

When approaching from the road, it will be the first feature you encounter. From the main path, take the right fork, the left will take you to the old mine site and the main climbing area. Mud Shark is the line directly right of a black water streak.
