Description
Stand start with both hands on the giant circle hueco. Burly move to stand up in the hueco (physical crux?), then some reachy moves straight up and over the boulder.
- I asked some prominent CR climbers who are still engaged in the community (and awesome, always willing to help), and they didn’t have info on this boulder. Also, fwiw, this boulder is next to the newer John Nicholas trail, which only opened in 2014. Before this maybe some bushwhacking to find and get to this - and further back in time some of this was gated and not accessible (from what I gather). That said, the CR area has been climbed for 50+ years, so you never know.
This is probably the clearest problem on the boulder, with the most obvious starting feature, and the mostly likely line that would have been done imo, but because of the access issues and lack of info out there maybe not. If someone uncovers some history on this, lmk!
Location
More info + map to boulder in the Boulder sub-area for this route.
Protection
Ground is soft so multiple pads not critical - more important to clean holds on TR
