Sun Bowl

Scott was told of this formation, so he hiked out there to scope it out.  He returned with some hardware and bolted it on sight, 3, maybe 4 bolts.  He reported it as 5.12 start to a V7 boulder problem.  The route stays warm on the coldest days at Josh.  As Scott put it "you could be in shorts when everyone else was freezing, so I named it Sun Bowl."

He rated it 12d or 13a, but stated it was hard to say, but the top is definitely hard.  Terry Aryes, a really good climber back in the day tried it and did it his first day.  Scott didn't remember if he drilled an anchor for the climb, but regardless considered it to be pretty good climb.
