Jump start from the ground to the top of the pillar. Mantle to the top of the pillar. Then, follow the crack to the top of the bridge. The crux is not being afraid of falling when reaching for the ledge after the overhanging roof. 

On the south east part of the bridge. It’s the pillar and crack farthest from the water. 

Sand. Bring a pad if you want, but it’s not really necessary.
