Katabatic Tower

Start on the corner at the base of the grassy slope. Climb up until you can get a hand on top of the roof edge. It will likely be kind of slick with dust, so bump your feet up, and make sure you can grip around the back of the roof railing before trying to go over it. From here, go west to the cooling tower, and climb either the east face dihedral or the south face chimney.

The descent is a downclimb of the way you came up or slightly to the left of where you came up where the hill meets the building higher up.

It is on the South side of the Laurel Village Pavilion.

A pad or two on the grass wouldn't be bad, but visual exposure is a concern, so the lower profile you can be, the better.
