Step off the boulder about 8' right of Islands In The Stream and ascent up tthe overhanging features, turning the lip on some horizontal edges & pockets. Top out directly above.  The route got it's name when while attempting the 2nd or 3rd ascent, David Katz pulled off a huge block and fell into the pit below, landing on his back in the only possible spot that wouldn't kill you, with the big block smashing into the ground inches from his head!
