Probably the best route at graffiti wall .Starts in obvious crack. Hands move up into crimpy moves. Crux into a right finger pocket and then a good flat-topped hold. A little loose rock at the top but not too bad.  Can be top roped off a couple big pines. This could be done a high boulder as well. Not sure on the rating. maybe harder 5.10. Could possibly be led, but the first pro would be above the crux otherwise you'd deck it.
