Stand start the wide crack, and make your way up into the narrow chimney. Once you've squeezed your way into the chimney, grovel your way to the lip, and squeeze your way over the top.

If you're looking at the distinctive cave of the rainbow, walk to the left and up the hill, and look for the big crack. This is the crack above the largest opening to the cave.

Pads, you probably could put a toprope over this if you were motivated to do so.
