On the southern face start sitting on pad with left hand on crimp and right in sidepull with feet on nice ledge. Head straight up from the big jug. Great quailty stone for area with nice holds and moves. There is also a deeper sit start that makes is substantially harder and is still a project as far as I know.

Inbetween dirt tunnels it starts sitting on the main/best face of The Growth and tops out at its highest point. The Growth boulder is/has the best face in this room with a sunken pit to the west of it. Locate area by locating gully system in front of the first dirt cave you see on the other side of the big wash. Walk up gully and dune to come upon it.
